Q: Is the pharmacy only for patients of the Thorold Medical Clinic?
Absolutely not! We look forward to serving all patients, regardless of where your doctor’s office is.
Q: Will you be offering delivery?
Yes!! We will be offering free prescription delivery. We feel like this is a vital service, especially for those who may not be able to leave their house to get to the pharmacy.
Q: Will you be offering blister packages?
Absolutely! Blister packaging is important to help some patients manage their medication regimen. Blister packaging can improve compliance and can optimize the effectiveness of treatment.
Q: Is there parking available?
Yes! There is a dedicated parking lot for patients of the Thorold Medical Clinic, that our patients are welcome to use. The lot is free and there is no time limit. Additionally, there is wheelchair parking steps from the entrance to the pharmacy.
Q: I would like to come to your pharmacy, but I still have repeats left on prescriptions at another pharmacy. What do I do?
Leave it to us! We offer easy prescription transfers. All we need to know is the pharmacy that you are currently dealing with, and we will take care of the rest. We will transfer your prescriptions to our store, fill what you need and call you when everything is ready.
Q: What will your hours of operation be?
Right now, we plan on being open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. We will be closed on Sunday to spend time with our families.
