During your comprehensive medication review, you will have an opportunity to sit down with your pharmacist for a one-on-one consultation. Your pharmacist will help you understand how your medications will react with one another, ensure they are working as well as they could be, and correct your dosage if necessary.
When taking multiple medications it’s important to know how they will interact with each other. This includes not only prescribed medicines but also over-the-counter medications as well as natural health supplements. We are also here to advise you on your medication dosage. In some situations if you are experiencing side effects, your pharmacist can work with your doctor to find a solution and help you reach the treatment targets established with your doctor.

Your pharmacist has the ability to make your medications easier to take. If you have trouble swallowing we may be able to adjust your dosage form to a chewable or liquid form.
